Timothy Wayne Kincer, 48, of Cromona passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Timothy was the son of Terry Wayne and Rochelle Potter Kincer of Cromona. Surviving other than his parents is his loving girlfriend: Cindy Tsang and 1 sister: Misty LaChelle (Brandon) Pennington of Cromona. Timothy was preceded in death by 1 brother: Christopher Shane Kincer; paternal grandparents: Elbert and Alpha Kincer Wright; maternal grandparents: Boonie and Dessie Potter. Funeral: 1:00 PM Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Mullins, Wendell Austin, and James Pennington officiating. Visitation: 6:00-10:00 PM Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking, Ky.
