Tommy Nathaniel Phillips, 74, of Bill Moore Branch passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Tommy was the son of the late Woodrow Wilson and Sarah Taylor Phillips. Surviving is his wife of 50 years: Dolores Rose Phillips; 5 children: Tommy Jr. and wife Kellie Phillips of Bill Moore Branch, Sadie Rodriquez of Bill Moore Branch, Chris and wife Ruby Phillips of Payne Gap, David Phillips of New Jersey, and Jeannette Phillips of Garland, Texas; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 brothers; 2 sisters. Tommy was preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Funeral: 6:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the Seco Freewill Baptist Church with Rocky Craft and Lester Boggs officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday and 5:00 PM Wednesday at the Seco Freewill Baptist Church. Burial: 12:00 O'clock Noon Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the Family Cemetery at Seco, Kentucky.
