Valerie Kay "Pepi" Adams Ison, 64, of Premium passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Valerie was the daughter of the late Truman and Mary Katherine Mullis Adams. Surviving is 1 son: Beau Crawford of Premium; 1 brother: Eddie Adams of Premium. Valerie was preceded in death by 2 sons: Guy Champ Crawford and Roy Raymond Crawford IV. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Monday, March 5, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Adams Plot - Isom Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
