Vinson Cornett Jr., 75, of Irvine passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the Marcum and Wallace Hospital in Irvine, Kentucky. Vinson was the son of the late Vinson and Delma Cornett. Surviving is his wife: Edith Deaton Cornett; 2 sons: Jerry Cornett and James Cornett both of Irvine; 2 daughters: Deborah Cornett and Jennifer Cornett both of Irvine; 5 brothers: Jack Hogg of Florida, Kenny Hogg of Florida, Otis Cornett of Tennessee, James Cornett of Hallie, and David Cornett of Cold Springs; 3 sisters: Wanda Leach of Murray, Della Faye Whitaker of Hallie, and Shelia Rich of Morehead; 2 grandchildren: Katelynn Taulbee and Cody Taulbee. Vinson was preceded in death by 1 brother: Roger Cornett. Graveside Service: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, June 30, 2017 at the Cornett Cemetery at Hallie, Kentucky.
