She was preceded in death by her parents Allan Clarence "Boss" Evans and Ollie Louise Walker Evans and 8 brothers and sisters: Aldine Shavers of Trion, Georgia, Allan C. "Rabbit" Evans, Jr. of Millstone, Glenn Hayden Evans, Sr. of Payne Gap, Mildred Stidham of Millstone, Edwin Earl Evans of Whitesburg, Garnett Webb of Braden, Florida, Georgene Back of Michigan City, Indiana, Barbara Evans Anderson of Cincinnati, Ohio.

She is survived by her husband, Jesse Clifton Fulton, daughter, Jeanne Louise Crain Collins, son-in-law AJ Collins of Little Colley, son, John Daniel Fulton and daughter-in-law Heather Fulton of Smoot Creek, 4 grandchildren, Andrew Logan Rogers and Chenoa Lynn Fields of Whitesburg, Hayley Brianne and Sara Rose Fulton of Smoot Creek. nieces and nephews, Teresa Stidham of Michigan, Demyris Boggs, Millstone, Vivian Robert of Neon, Faye Stover and Evelyn Reddick of Elijay, Georgia, James D.
