Allene (Watts) Blair

Alleen Blair, 89 of Hallie, passed away Monday, November 10, 2025 at her residence. Alleen was the daughter of the late Squire Jr. and Goldie Watts. Surviving is 1 sister: Ivory Faye Watts of Hallie. Alleen was preceded in death by her 1st husband: John P. Eldridge; 2nd husband: Arnold Blair; 4 siblings: Lullie Watts, Clarence Watts, Rural Watts and Georgia Watts. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Cedar Grove Church with Danny Dixon, Jim Fields, Elwood Cornett and Scottie Halcomb officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Friday at the Cedar Grove Church. Burial will follow in the Watts Cemetery at Hallie, Kentucky.
