Andrew Wright Jr, 99, of Jenkins, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at his residence. Andrew was the son of the late Andrew and Lula Alice Stapleton Wright. He was a member of the Whitesburg Masonic Lodge for 60 years and was a past Master, caretaker of Fish Pond Lake for 18 years, and member of the Army Air Corp stationed in the south pacific. Survived by his loving wife of 11 years: Wilma Brown Wright; 3 sons: Larry Wright of Mayking, Michael Wright of Lexington, and Paul Wright of Dayton, Ohio; 3 daughters: Marsha Clifford of Dayton, Ohio, Debbie Black of Indianapolis, IN, and Ama Lovins of Frankfort; 1 brothers: Jim Wright of Corinth, KY; 3 sisters: Vena Wright of Dry Ridge, Judy Caufman of Dry Ridge, and Peggy Wampler of Pound, VA; 14 grandchildren; host of great grandchildren. Funeral: 12:00 PM Monday, November 15, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Craft Cemetery at Mayking, KY.
