Ardella (Lucas) Trauss

Ardella Lucas Trauss, 66, of Liberty TWP, Ohio, entered eternal life Friday, January 10, 2025, at
UC West Chester Hospital in Ohio. She was born October 07, 1958, in Whitesburg, KY to
Leonard and Vina Hensley Lucas. She married her husband Tom, May 06, 1988, in Crestwood,
Kentucky. She left behind her beloved husband Tom Trauss (Liberty TWP, Ohio), Special
Girlfriend Niece Brooke (Charlie) Sturgill (Thornton, KY), her mother Vina Hensley Lucas
(Thornton, KY), sister Joella Lucas Hogg (Thornton, KY), brother Stanley Lucas (Thornton,
KY), brother in law Letcher Asher (Louisville, KY), sister in law Christy (Don) Mulhall (Fern
Creek, KY), nephews Nathan Banks (Thornton, KY), Alexander Mulhall (Frankfort, KY),
Kenneth Asher (Durango, CO), and Kevin Asher (Las Vegas, NV), Niece Deanna (Greg) Lauer,
Great Nieces Myah and Makynnah Banks (Thornton, KY), Corinne Asher (Cincinnati, OH),
Great Nephews Caleb Sturgill (Thornton, KY), Griffin Asher (Phoenix, AZ) and a host of other
friends and relatives to mourn her passing. Ardella is proceeded in death by her father Leonard
Lucas, sister Loveta Lucas Asher, and 2 brothers Steve Lucas and Sanford Lucas. Ardella loved
spending time with her family when she could. Her laughter was contagious, and her love was
unconditional. A celebration of life will be held Friday January 24, 2025, 1PM at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Bill Craft officiating.
