Basil Bentley, 59 of Cromona, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Cromona, Kentucky. Basil was the son of the late Earl and Agnes Smallwood Bentley. Surviving is 2 daughters: Jennifer Potter of Solomon and Anna Bentley of Mousie; 2 brothers: Cam Bentley of McRoberts and Daniel Newsome of Georgia; 4 sisters: Virgie Bentley of Kingsport, Tennessee, Christine Kiser of Illinois, Dorothy Newsome of Florida and Josie Thornhill of Somerset; 6 grandchildren: Malaki Johnson, Kelsey Bentley, Allie Bentley, Tristan Wright, Chester Wright and Aiden Holland. Basil was preceded in death by 4 brothers: James Bentley, Earl David Bentley, Carl Newsome and Monroe Newsome. No Services Scheduled.
