Betty Lou Banks, 70 of London, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020 at the Corbin Health and Rehab Center. Betty was the daughter of Jim Russell. Surviving is her husband: Phillip Banks; 2 sons: Phillip Banks and Jeff Banks both of London; 3 grandchildren: Hunter, Jessica, and Amber. Visitation: 12:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Banks Cemetery at Premium, Kentucky.
