Billie Banks, 71, of Premium passed away Monday July 7, 2019, in Campton Ky. Billie was the son of the late Arthur and Roie Woods Banks. He was widower of Myrtle Banks. Surviving are 1 Son: William Banks of Louisville; Sister-In-Law: Joann Fields. Billie was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Bobby Banks; 4 Sisters: Glenna Fields, Jane Irvin, Jackie Wilson, Daisy Irvin. Funeral 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at the G. Bennett Adams Church with Cullen Caudill and Jason Lowery officiating. Visitation 6:00 P.M. Tuesday July 9, 2019 at the G. Bennett Church. Burial will follow in the Ison Family Cemetery at Johnson Fork.
