Billy Conn Baker, 61 of Thornton, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023 at his residence. Billy was the son of the late Ballard and Cora Hampton Baker. Surviving is 3 brothers: Gerald (Mary) Baker of Colson, Gregory (Elizabeth) Baker of Thornton and Larry (Reba) Baker of Thornton; 1 sister: Flo Ellen Baker of Sandlick. Billy was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Orville Gene Kincer Baker, Johnny Baker and Elbert Baker; 3 sisters: Alice Lucas, Allene Cook and Mary Ann Baker along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Graveside Service: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at the Hampton and Baker Cemetery at Thornton, Kentucky. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Monday, January 16, 2022 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
