Billy Lucas, 75 of Mooresburg, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at the Jefferson City Health and Rehab Center.  Surviving is 1 son: Aaron Lucas of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; 1 daughter: Shelia Frazier of Whitesburg; 1 brother: Mark Lucas of Clintwood, Virginia; 4 sisters: Rosemary Regan of Rutledge, Tennessee, Carol Helton of Morristown, Tennessee, Donna Sexton of Whitesburg and Rita Lucas Hall of Whitesburg; 7 grandchildren: Cody Frazier, Caleb Frazier, Patrick Baker, Jamie Baker,, Paige Baker, Kobe Lucas and Willow Lucas; 13 great grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his parents: Bill Noah Lucas, Grace Sturgill Lucas and Betty McClain Lucas; 1 son: Patrick Lucas; 1 sister: Marilyn Branham. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, June 8, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Quillen officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Lucas Family Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
