Bobby Blair

Bobby Blair passed away peacefully at his home at Cowan, Ky on Saturday, January 18, 2025with his dog Skippy at his side. He is the son of the late Melvin and Crissie Blair of Cowan, Ky and formerly of Indiana. He has seven brothers who have passed away prior to him including his identical twin Billy. Still living is one brother Robert and wife Thelma of Florida. Bobby enjoyed his long time career of carpentry, spending time outdoors, eating fish dinners from Long john silvers, a good joke, his dog, and spending time with his family. Having no children of his own he enjoyed being a wonderful uncle and great uncle to his many nieces and nephews. If you look around Letcher County you will see the many homes and churches that he assisted with building, as he was a very talented carpenter. He will be missed by many. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon, Saturday, January 25, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery at Cowan, Kentucky.
