Brenda Sue (Boggs) Ratliff

Brenda Sue Ratliff, 69 of Kingscreek, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Brenda was the daughter of the late David Carol and Oshie Marie Baker Boggs. She was the widow of Donnie Ratliff. Surviving is 1 son: Donald Ratliff of Kingscreek; 1 daughter: April (Ricky) Miller of Kingscreek; 3 brothers: David Jr Boggs Gary Wayne Boggs, and Randy Jo Boggs all of Cowan; 2 sisters: Faye Martin of Whitesburg and Dana Marie Sturgill of London; 2 grandchildren: Ricky Michael Miller and Ethan Davidson Miller both of Kingscreek along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Brenda was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Elvy Carol Boggs, John H. Boggs, Lester Boggs, and Rodney Neil Boggs; 3 sisters: Lucy Boggs, Sandra Roark, and Linda Pendleton. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 O'clock A.M. on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Cowan Chapel Church with Josh Sturgill and Sonny Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Ratliff Cemetery at Kingscreek, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Saturday, June 21, 2025, and all day Sunday, June 22, 2025, at the Cowan Chapel Church.
