Brooke Leann Adams, 34 of Ludlow, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Erlanger, Kentucky. Brooke was the daughter of Deanna Profitt Caudill of Whitesburg and the late Terry Douglas Collins. Surviving other than her mother is her companion: Ryan Sheriff; 1 son: Jaxon Shane Wright; 2 brothers: Cody Caudill and Austin Caudill; 1 sister: Bobbi Creech Eldridge; grandparents: Donnie (Lois) Profitt, Lana (Bill) McCluskey, Dolly and Ames Caudill. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, November 19, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Little officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Caudill Family Cemetery at Premium, Kentucky.
