Carolyn Sue Johnson, 69 of Jenkins, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Carolyn was the daughter of the late Christopher Columbus and Vadna Mullins Sanders. Carolyn was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy at Burdine, Kentucky. Surviving is her husband: George Johnson; 1 son: Christopher Allen Eddy of Perry, Florida; stepchildren: Marlin Johnson of Marion, Ohio, Kevin (Marsha) Johnson of Jenkins, and Natisha (Clint) Wetherill of Indianapolis, Indiana; 3 brothers: Jim (Peggy) Sanders of Jenkins, Larry (Betty) Sanders of Amherst, Virginia, and Robert (Earlene) Sanders of Erwin, Tennessee along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Carolyn was preceded in death by 1 sister: Della Mae Quillen; 2 brothers: Belve Sanders and Bivin Sanders. Graveside Service: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at the Family Cemetery at Jenkins, Kentucky.
