Celestine Elizabeth Maggard, 83, of Eolia passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center in Hazard Ky. Celestine was the daughter of the late Mike and Anna Mae Rae Casolari. She was the widow of Bill Maggard. Surviving are 1 Son: Gregory (Angie) Allen Maggard of Partridge; 3 Daughters: Melissa (Mike) Hubbs of Partridge; Renata (Dewayne) Whitaker of Hallie; Christa (Jesse) Addington of Kingsport; 1 Brother: Jimmy Casolari of Tennessee; 1 Sister: Cecelia Caudill of Ohio; 8 Grandchildren: Angel, Kosheia, Casey, Hailey, Kendra, Kamaya, Kara, Kelli; 9 Great Grandchildren. Funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Yeary officiating and Devin Adkins and Abigale Adkins singing. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Maggard Cemetery at Eolia.
