Charles E. Blair, 67 of Whitesburg, passed away Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Charles was the son of the late Clarence and Lucy Halcomb Blair. Surviving is brothers: Willard Blair, Billy Gene Blair (Olivia), and Stephen Wayne Blair (Marcie); 4 sisters: Mary Goff, Mattie Adams, Sylvania Whitaker, and Florence Emmons (Don); 2 children: Tracy Lynn Blair and Helen Dawn Blair; 2 grandchildren: Nathan Tyler Snowden (Courtney) and Ashley Michelle Page Snowden (Preston); great grandchildren: Arlan, Shandi and one on the way; special friend: Torrence Holbrook Jr. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; 1 son: Charles E. Blair Jr.; 3 sisters: Lola Crawford, Hazel Banks, and Edna Helton; 3 brothers: David Allen Blair, Clifford Blair, and Onis Blair. Memorial Services will be conducted at a later date. Burial will be at the Clarence Blair Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky.
