Charles "Rokie" Frazier,75, of Whitesburg passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Rokie was the son of the late Clyde and Carolyn Fields Frazier. Surviving is his wife: Joyce Faye Bowen Frazier; 2 sons: Chris (Missy) Frazier of Winchester and Ryan (Tammy) Frazier of Richmond; 1 daughter: Casey (Jonathan) Frazier of Whitesburg; 1 special son: John Stewart of Mayking; 2 brothers: Doug Frazier of The Villages, FL and Sam Frazier of Shelbyville, KY; 2 sisters: Cheryl Webb of Shelbyville and Marsha Howard of The Villages, FL; 6 grandchildren: Tyler, Matthew, Andrew, Haylee, Eli, and Lilah. Rokie was preceded in death by a brother: Henry Gerald Frazier. Funeral: 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6:00 PM Tuesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking, KY.
