Cindy Kay (Banks) Niece

Cindy Kay Niece, 45 of Whitco, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Cindy was the daughter of the late Jim Howard and Henrietta Banks. Surviving is her husband: Eddie Niece; 1 son: Joseph Kochin of Cumberland; 2 daughters: Samantha Niece and Haley Niece both of Cumberland; 1 sister: Karen Heron of Cowan; 3 grandchildren: Emma Rose Hall, Jackson Hall and Amelia Niece; niece: Sharon Heron; nephew: Brandon Heron. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at the Kings Chapel Church with Frank Adams and John Conn officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Kings Chapel Church.
