Curtis Kilgore

Curtis Kilgore, 91 of Neon, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center. Curtis was the son of the late Melvin and Alvona Smith Kilgore. Surviving is his wife: Mary Holbrook Kilgore; 3 sons: Danny Kilgore of Ohio, Melvin (Crystal) Kilgore of Neon and Curtis (Sandra) Kilgore of Hazard; 3 daughters: Gail (John) Ditmer of Ohio, Donna (Doug) Elwald of Ohio and Denia (Trillis) Adams of Eolia; 1 sister: Irene Godsey of Illinois; daughter-in-law: Debbie Kilgore along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Curtis was preceded in death by 1 son: Darryl Kilgore; 4 brothers: Guy Kilgore, Bernard Kilgore, Kyle Kilgore and Greg Kilgore; 3 sisters; Eileen, Loreen and Judy. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Kenneth Holbrook officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Goose Creek Cemetery at Neon, Kentucky.
