Deborah Lynn (Amburgey) Caudill

Deborah Lynn Amburgey Caudill age 73 of Redfox KY. Passed away Thursday 2/26/2026 at Hazard ARH Hospital after a short battle with Cancer. Debbie was the daughter of the late Ted
and Willa Sue Amburgey of Roxanna KY. Debbie was born 11/7/1952 in Stanford, Lincoln County Kentucky and entered eternal life on February 26, 2026 at the Hazard ARH hospital in
Hazard, Ky. making her stay here on earth 73 years, 3 months, and 19 days.

Debbie was proceeded in death by her parents Ted and Sue Amburgey. Three brothers Denny Amburgey, Greg Amburgey, and Tim Amburgey. One Sister Vickie Blair.

Debbie is Survived by her husband of almost 52 years, Dannie Caudill of Redfox, Ky. One Son Adam (Megan) Caudill of Berea Ky. One Brother Anthony Amburgey of Premium, Ky. She is also Survived by four sisters in laws. Debbie Sue Amburgey of Roxanna, Judy Amburgey of Premium, Frances Amburgey of Linefork and Norma Jean (Warren) Amburgey of Isom, Ky. She is also survived by a host and a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends. Debbie has special dear friends Sister Eddith Akers and Donna Argyle of Gräfenberg, KY that had adopted her as family
and she dearly loved them. Debbie had four special friends that she had worked with and met regularly Mary Blair, Cora Sturgill, Frances Howard, and Mildred Ritchie.

Debbie was a retired school teacher and food service Director for the Letcher County Schools. She was a member of the Letcher County and Letcher area Homemakers. Debbie loved to cook
and do things for the friends and family she loved.

Debbie will be greatly missed by her family friends and all that knew and loved her.

Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Monday, March 2, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Combs and other Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Amburgey Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
