Deborah Lynne (Packard) Hall

Deborah Lynn Hall, 65 of Blackey, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Deborah was the daughter of the late James and Lois Kell Packard. Surviving is her husband: Donnie Hall; 2 sons: Michael (Tulissa) Smith of Morehead and Keith (Laura) Smith of Letcher; 2 stepsons: Donnie Grayson Hall and Matthew Scott Hall both of Middlesboro; 3 brothers: Ronald Packard of Mentor, Ohio, Bruce Packard of Huntington, West Virginia and Brian Packard of Radcliff; 1 sister: Ellen Combs of Carcassonne; 7 grandchildren: Mikale Ann, Josiah, Pauline, Thomas, Isabella, Jacob and Cody; 1 great grandchild: Hudson. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon, Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Little Bull Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Earl Combs, David Jent and Allen Fugate officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Little Bull Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Jent Cemetery at Carcassonne, Kentucky.
