Dena Jean Couch, 59 of Cornettsville, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center., Dena was the daughter of the late Louise Campbell. Surviving is her husband: Roger Couch; 1 daughter: Nadean Hayes (Joshua Webb); 1 sister: Chastity Campbell (Lenore Benoit); 5 grandchildren: Courtney Hayes, Hunter Hayes, Cameron Hayes, Peyton Webb, and Cameron Webb. Dena was preceded in death by 1 daughter: Tara Couch; 1 sister: Diana Campbell. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church with Danny Dixon, Elwood Cornett, Jim Fields, and Bill Johnson officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Ray Campbell Cemetery at Cornettsville, Kentucky.
