Obituary

Denton Lee Potter, 63 of Kona, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Denton was the son of the late Ernest Lee and Betty Jane Collier Potter. He was the widower of Terri Lynn Stines Potter. Surviving is 2 sons: Mickey Stines of McRoberts and Shane Stines of Whitesburg; 1 brother: David Potter Collier of Whitesburg; 2 sisters: Ruby Lee Lucas of Thornton and Claudette Anderson of Mooresburg, Tennessee; 3 grandchildren: Lila, Jacob and Sarah. Denton was preceded in death by a brother: Danny Potter. Private Family Services will be held at a later date.
