Dezzlaray Leigh Ann Shepherd, 25 of Neon, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023, at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Dezzlaray was the daughter of Latisha Craft and the late Jim Shepherd. Surviving other than her mother is 1 son: Tearston Blain Shepherd; 1 daughter: Jimma Leighanna Raine Shepherd; 2 brothers: Keaston Craft and Donnie Reed Shepherd; grandfather: Jeffery Craft; grandmother: Lola Craft; uncle: Jeffery Craft II along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Visitation 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at the Fleming Neon Church of God. Visitation 11:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at the Fleming Neon Church of God. In lieu of flowers family asks donations be made to the Letcher Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
