Doris Ann Blair, 71, of Letcher passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center. Doris was the daughter of the late Gay and Mattie Jean Ison Frazier. Surviving are 1 Son: Sean (Melissa) Blair of Jeremiah; 1 Brother: Chris Day of Jeremiah; 1 Sister: Libby (Richard) Smith of Blackey; 3 Grandchildren: Emily (Aaron) Creech, Michael Blair, Adam Blair. Doris is preceded in death by 1 Brother: Dwight Frazier. Funeral 7:00 P.M. Friday September 13, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Hampton officiating. Visitation 5:00 P.M. Friday September 13, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home.
