Douglas Lucas, 80 of Premium, passed away Monday, September 14, 2020 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Doug was the son of the late Charles and Evelyn Blackburn Lucas. Surviving is his wife: Rebecca Lucas; 1 son: James Douglas Lucas of Max Meadows, Virginia; 1 daughter: Tracey Offer of Ballard, West Virginia; 3 brothers: Jerry Lucas of Tennessee, James Lucas of Little Dry Fork, and Donald Ray Lucas of Little Dry Fork; 1 sister: Patricia Collins of Sandlick; 4 grandchildren: Ricky, Autumn, Aaron, and Alannah. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, September 18, 2020 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft officiating. Visitation: 11:00 AM Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Lucas Cemetery at Dry Fork, Kentucky.
