Elmer "Cowboy" Looney,65, of Whitesburg passed away at his residence on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. Elmer was the son of Hilma Mullins and the late Mary Ann Mullins. He is survived by 1 daughter: Samantha (Monica) Looney; Father: Hilma Mullins; Brothers: Estil (Regina) Looney, Sammy (Lori) Looney, William "Jr" (Martha) Mullins, Ken ( Lisa) Mullins; Sisters: Diane (Cecil) Mullins, Sherry (Bill) Deem, and Sandra Church ; 4 grandchildren: Shyla, Isaiah,Dylan and Hunter along with his sidekick, Sassy. Elmer was preceded in death by his wife Deborah K. Looney; his beloved mother-in-law Betty S. Trent; sister Connie Looney, and his mother Mary Ann Mullins. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 at 7:00 p.m from the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: Friday, August 31, 2018 starting at 6:00 p.m.
