Elster Carlos Mullins, 77 of Ermine, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at his residence. Elster was the son of the late Gallie and Myrtle Osborne Mullins. Surviving is his wife: Lorraine Moore Mullins; 1 daughter: Susan (Josh) Ferris of Ermine; 4 sisters: Melster Roberts of Pikeville, Shirley Mullins of Neon, Betty Roberts of Pikeville, and Martha Lea Adkins of Pikeville; 1 grandson: Tristin Jakob Mullins Ferris. Elster was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Chester Mullins, Virgil Mullins, and Ira Mullins; 2 sisters: Hazel Vanover and Adaree Estep. Private Graveside Services.
