Eula Ann Short, 75 of Deane, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Eula was the daughter of the the late Town and Mattie Quillen Hall. She was the widow of Johnnie B. Short. Surviving is 1 son: Ricky Short of Rutledge, Tennessee; 2 brothers: Kermit Leon Hall and Larry Dean Hall; 3 sisters: Joyce Hall, Mallie Smith and Lois Bentley; 2 grandchildren: Kody Short and Cameron Short. Eula was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Allie Wright, Hassie Short, and Wilma Bentley. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Friday, July 30, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Ted Collins officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Deane, Kentucky.
