Evelyn Lou (Boggs) Goins

Evelyn Lou Boggs Goins, 69 of Isom, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. Evelyn was the daughter of Vonda Hoskins Boggs of Millstone and the late Eugene Boggs. Surviving other than her mother is 2 daughters: YaVonda Gallion and Amy Everidge; 1 brother: Duncan Boggs; 2 sisters: Tammie (Alan) Damron and Libby Boggs; 2 grandchildren; Danielle Deal and Gene Gallion; 6 great grandchildren; 3 grandchildren that she raised as her own: Morgan Everidge, Madison Talley and Codey Talley. Evelyn was preceded in death by a brother: Kevin Boggs. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
