Florence Stines, 81 of Neon, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Florence was the daughter of the late Mart and Nannie Hall. She was the widow of Herman Stines. Surviving is 3 sons: Shane (Kim) Stines of Whitco, Mickey (Caroline) Stines of McRoberts, and Anthony (Tanya) Stines of Millstone; 3 daughters: Terri (Denton) Stines Potter of Kona, Sherri Stines of Neon, and Sarah Noell Stines of Neon; 3 brothers: Connie Hall of Sergent, Bernard Hall of Goose Creek, and Alfred Hall of Neon; grandchildren: Jessica Stines, Derek Stines, Lila Rain Stines, and Jacob Campbell; host of great grandchildren. A special friend: Roy Dell Taylor. Florence was preceded in death by 1 sister: Rose Ilene Johnson; 5 brothers: Jessie, Ballard, Grats, Wesley, and William; 1 grandchild: Brittany Stines. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Hemphill Freewill Baptist Church with Danny Hurst officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Hemphill Freewill Baptist Church, Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
