Geneva (Holbrook) Collins

Geneva Collins, 72 of Ermine, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Geneva was the daughter of the late Archie and Rachel Hendrix Holbrook. She was the widow of Ernest Collins. Surviving is 3 sons: Jeff (Jodi) Collins of Paintsville, Scottie (Cassanderia) Collins of Payne Gap, and Brian (Tonya) Collins of Crafts Colley; 1 brother: Roscoe Holbrook of Whitesburg; 1 sister: Alice Baker of Crafts Colley; 7 grandchildren: Jacob, Noah, Luke, Jon-Michael, Jaden, Ethan, and Jordan; 5 great grandchildren: Everly, Paisley, Easton, Grayson, and Warren along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Geneva was preceded in death by 1 brother: Arco Holbrook; 1 sister: Ruby Sturgill. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 O'clock A.M. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Glenn Cornett, Jimmie Johnson, and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Combs Family Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. on Monday, January 19, 2026, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
