Genieve (Genny) (Adams) Caudill

Genieve (Genny) Caudill, 93 years of age, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Whtesburg ARH. Genny was the widow of James Lowell Caudill. Surviving are three daughters: Peggy (Rudell) Blair, Carolyn (Randy) Blair, and Donna (Greg) Sturgill; 2 grandsons: Benjamin Blair and Shelby Sturgill; 1 granddaughter: Erica Caudill; 4 great grandchildren: Macy Sturgill, Colin Jackson, and Kip and Layla Blair. She loved all her grandchildren and great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She is preceded in death her husband: Lowell; parents: Steven and Ida Cornett Adams; 1 son: Dean Caudill; sisters: Gracie Caudill and Maggie Amburgey; brothers: Crawford Jent, Ira Adams, Ellis Adams, and Willis Adams; 1 grandson: Jamie Blair. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Elwood Cornett, Toby Breeding, James Caudill, Eddie Newsome, Danny Dixon, and Johnny Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Hampton Cemetery at Letcher, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. with additional services at 7:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel.
