Georgia Gene Mowery

Gene Mowery, 80 of Jenkins, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at his residence. Gene was the son of the late Sam and Jessie Vestel Briggs Mowery. He was the widower of Wanda Stidham Mowery. Surviving is 2 daughters: Shirley Maxie of Georgia and Linda Mullins of Jenkins; 1 brother-in-law: Harold Stidham of Thornton 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Thursday, October 6, 2022 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Howard officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
