Geraldine Shirley (Bates) Collins

Geraldine "Shirley" Collins, 89 of Ermine, passed away peacefully at her home.

Shirley was the daughter of the late Can and Pat Perry Bates.

She was the widow of Lester Collins.

Surviving is 1 son: Ronnie Collins of Ermine; 2 daughters: Alfretta (Mark) Adams of Ermine and Sherry Collins of Ermine; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

She was a member of the Craft Colley Baptist Church for over 50 years.

Shirley was preceded in death by 1 son: Bobby Collins.

Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Cecil Howard officiating. Visitation: 7:00 P.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
