Gloria Ann (Cook) Phipps

Gloria Ann Phipps, 75 of Millstone, passed away Monday, February 2, 2026 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Gloria was the daughter of late James and Jeanette McElroy Cook. She was the widow of Ronnie Phipps. Surviving is 1 daughter: Angie Phipps of Lewisburg, West Virginia; 2 sons: Ronnie Phipps Jr. of Virgie and Randy Phipps of Martin; 4 grandchildren: Austin Phipps, Matthew Phipps, Justin Phipps and Kristen Brooke Phipps; 5 great grandchildren: Jalen Phipps, Kendyll Phipps, Peyton Phipps, Stella Phipps and Sophie Phipps. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Friday, February 6, 2026 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft and Larry McElroy officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
