Gregory Glenn Halcomb, 63 of Linefork, passed away Monday, May 25, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Greg was the son of the late Henry Halcomb and Wanda Carolyn Miller Halcomb Akemon. Surviving is 1 son: Henry Halcomb of Blackey; 4 daughters: Carolyn Halcomb of Linefork, Jessica Halcomb of Whitesburg, April Halcomb of Ermine, Zoe Halcomb of Kona ; 2 brothers: Vadis Dwayne Akemon of Hallie and Vick Halcomb of Linefork; 3 sisters: Gloria Akemon of Hallie, Valerie Sturgill of Hallie and Marlene Cornett of Cowan; grandchildren: Isaiah Slone, Brooklyn Halcomb Dakota Halcomb, Kaden Ray Halcomb, Dalton Wayne Cornett, Dallas Cornett, Daniel Sexton, Cash Halcomb and Axel Lee Halcomb. Greg was preceded in death by a sister: Glenna Halcomb. grandchildren: Caylee Lynn Combs and Jacob Sexton. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Thursday, May 26, 2022 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Dotson and Rick Sturgill officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Halcomb Cemetery at Linefork, Kentucky.
