Gwendolyn Fields, of Jeremiah, passed away on February 8 at Baptist East Louisville. Gwen was the daughter of the late Grant and Clara (Caudill) Blair. She was the widow of Dorse Fields.

Surviving are daughter Cheryl Sizemore (Eddie) of Shepherdsville; son Todd Fields of Jeremiah; sister Jackie Gentry (Frank) of Florida; three grandchildren Mallory Navarro (Aaron), Michele Ngaiza (Edwin), and Hayden Sizemore; four great-grandchildren Ezekiel, Eleazar, and Emerick Ngaiza and Gunner Navarro. She also leaves a host of family and friends to mourn her passing.
Gwen was preceded in death by a son, Scott Fields.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation at Letcher Funeral Home on Sunday February 23rd 1:00-3:00 with remembrance service 3:00-4:30 followed by burial at family cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Highway 7 Community Outreach in her memory.
