Hazel Edna Aleccia, 79 of Neon, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021 at her residence. Hazel was the daughter of the late Everett Earnest Duncan Jr. and Hazel Morene Seals Duncan. Surviving is her husband: Peter Aleccia; 1 son: Christopher (Barb) Aleccia of Greensburg, Indiana; 4 brothers: Ezekial (Edna) Duncan of Paradise, California, Allen Duncan of Jackhorn, Johnny Darrell (Carol) Duncan of Elizabethtown, and Tommy Wayne (Kathy) Duncan of Jenkins; 3 sisters: Gaynelle Duncan of Church Hill, Tennessee, Deloris Johnson of Neon, and Billie Jean (Arthur) Johnson of Goose Creek; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. Hazel was preceded in death by 2 sons: David Lee Bentley and Dennis Edward Bentley; 1 daughter: Felicia Ann Bentley; 2 brothers: Roy Duncan and Gary Duncan. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the Hemphill Freewill Baptist Church with Jimmy Johnson, Danny Mullins, and Wendell Austin officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Haymond Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Haven of Rest Cemetery at Mayking, Kentucky.
