Ina (Cornett) Campbell

 Ina Campbell, 92 of Blackey, Ky. entered  eternal life on 08~30~2019 at Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, Ky. 

She was the daughter of the late Siah and Nancy Fields Cornett. 

Ina is survived by 3 daughters; Dalna Whitaker of Nancy, Ky., Delana Lark (Eddie) and Virginia Day (Francis), both of Cowan and 3 sons, Don Reed (Debbie) of Lexington, Ky., Harvey B (Vicki) of Blackey and Hagel Jr. (Renee) of Jeremiah.  Also surviving are 11 grandchildren Shawn, Shane, Shiloh, Autumn, Eric, Cole, Emily, Cassidy, Josh, Samantha & Becky.  She also leaves behind 23 great-grandchildren.

 Ina was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Hagel Campbell Sr. 1 son Danny (Hoot) Campbell, 2 grand-daughters Heather Day & Edron Campbell, 8 sisters, Hermie, Callie, Una, Annie, Corey, Irene, Georgie Mae, Lolavae and 1 brother Ira Cornett.  

 Ina was a hard worker who raised 7 children & helped with many others.  She worked at Quillens Drug Store for 35 years till its closing, doing what she loved, cooking for everyone.
 Ina loved her family dearly.  If you told her you loved her, her trademark answer was “Honey I love everybody.”  Her favorite pastime was sitting on her porch feeding and watching the deer in her yard.  When she cooked she always said there’s room for more and I wish everyone could eat with us. 

Ina was blessed with many loving people in her life, including Sadie Reynolds whom she loved like a daughter, a special nephew Lavene Jones. Lou Ada & Vada Rogers, 2 of the most loving caregivers she could’ve had.

Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 12:00 P.M. Monday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
