Jack Clark Bailey, 69 of Eolia, slipped into the arms of his Savior, Jesus Christ, entering his heavenly home Monday, October 4, 2021 at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Jack served his country proudly in Vietnam while in the United States Army. His passion was helping others, never wanting anything in return. He also loved to travel. He enjoyed spending time at his lake home in Tennessee with his loving wife of 48 years. He loved God with all his heart. Jack was the son of the late Ernest and Beatrice Shell Bailey. Surviving is his wife: Rhonda Joy Terry Bailey; 3 brothers: Lonnie Bailey of Tennessee, Robert Bailey of Tennessee and Paul Bailey of Middlesboro; 3 sisters: Lila Morris of Tennessee, Jill Williams of Illinois and Sue Herald of Tennessee; special niece who was like his own child: Beth (Phillip) Little; special great niece and nephew: Maggie and Levi Little, great nephews Tyler Saylor and Braylon Crisp along with a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Jack was preceded in death by 1 sister: Aline Nolan. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon, Friday, October 8, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Bailey officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Collier Family Cemetery at Eolia, Kentucky.
