Jackie (Coomer) Adams

Jackie Adams, 70 of Isom, passed away Monday, January 6, 2025 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Jackie was the daughter of the late Dudley and Francis Asher Coomer. She was the widow of Emmitt P. Adams. Surviving is 1 son: Emmitt (Keisha Clark) Adams of Blackey; 2 daughters: Francis (Earnest Combs) Coomer of Isom and Maggie (Wendell) McClain of Redfox; 2 brothers: Dudley Coomer and James Coomer both of Williamstown; 7 grandchildren: Austin, Cheyenne, Michael, Brandon, Colton, Alexas and Nathan; 4 great grandchildren: Waylon, Levi, Isaac and Samson. Jackie was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Jimmy Coomer, Albert Coomer, Ray Coomer and Johnnie Coomer; 1 sister: Wanda Blair. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Friday, January 10, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bufford Combs officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday and 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Adams Cemetery at Little Colley.
