Jacob Bates

Jacob Dwayne Bates, 2 Months, of Neon passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at his residence. Jacob is the son of Lester Bates and Debra Heiston. Surviving other than his parents are grandfather: Gilbert Alan Bates and Step Grandmother: Tammy Bates; grandmother: Jennifer Bates; 3 Uncles: Gilbert Bates, Darrell Heiston and Adam Heiston; 4 Aunts: Edna Eldridge, Ashley Bates, Rachel Heiston and Adrian Burke. Jacob was preceded in death by his nan: Brenda Bates. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at the Sandlick House of Prayer. Visitation will start Friday at 6:00 P.M. and all day Saturday at the Sandlick House of Prayer. Burial will follow in the Thornton Cemetery.
