Jacqueline (Kincaid) Frazier

Jacqueline Kincaid Frazier, 84 of Whitesburg, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Jackie was the daughter of the late Ed and Patia Pigman Kincaid. Surviving is her husband: Darrel Frazier; 2 sons: Scott Frazier and Brian (April) Frazier all of Whitesburg; 5 grandchildren: Matt (Lauren) Frazier, Brittany (Eric) Grimm, Abigail Frazier, Olivia Frazier and Zoey Frazier; 3 great grandchildren: Stella Frazier, Ruby Frazier and Brooks Grimm. Jackie was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Phillip Kincaid and Edward Francis Kincaid. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 12:00 O'clock Noon Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Dock Frazier officiating. Burial will be at the Frazier Cemetery at Premium, Kentucky.
