James Ray Turner, 66 of Cowan, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023 at his residence. James was the son of the late Dumas Ray and Glenna Jean Polly Turner. Surviving is his wife: Darlene Brashears Turner; 1 daughter: Andrea Taylor of Whitesburg and 1 son: Jimmy Ray Turner of Whitesburg; 1 brother: Greg Turner of Nicholasville; 3 grandchildren: Corey Dunn, Shelby Turner and Jesse Taylor. James was preceded in death by his grandparents: Bennie Polly and Malissa Polly. Graveside Service: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the George's Branch Cemetery at Cowan, Kentucky.
