Obituary

Jamie Lynn Hooper, 47 of Clay City, passed away Saturday April 15, 2023 at his residence. Jamie was the son of the late George (Janice) Hooper Jr. and Donna Adams Fields. Surviving is his companion of 21 years: Loronda Taylor; 1 son: Keenen Paulley of Kingscreek; 4 daughters: Sierra Jane Taylor of McRoberts, Salena Lynn (Travis) Fields of Clay City, Jamie Kaye Lynn Hooper of Kingscreek and Danielle Leann Taylor of Letcher; 3 brothers: Daniel Hooper of Partridge, Audie (Lisa) Fields of Kona and Joshua (Hope) Bowman of North Carolina; 1 sister: Amanda (Randy) Shepherd of Crafts Colley; step father: Audie (Pearlie) Fields Sr.; mother-in-law: Mattie Watkins along with a host of nieces and nephews to mourn his passing. Funeral: 12:00 O'clock Noon Thursday, April 20, 2023, at the Kingscreek Community Church with Jimmy Dotson and Danny Quillen officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Tuesday and all day Wednesday at the Kingcreek Community Church. Burial will follow in the Watkins Cemetery at Kingscreek, Kentucky.
