Jane Allene Wright Webb Wright was born July 10, 1945 to Maynard and Bertha Spangler Webb. Allene entered eternal life October 3, 2021 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. She married Edward Wright December 19, 1966. Allene was a member of the Thornton Regular Baptist Church. She is survived by 1 daughter: Edwina (Donnie) Lynn Shepherd of Dry Fork; 1 Son: Michael Edward Wright of Neon; 2 Sisters: Billie (Tommy) Stansberry of Mayking; Vivian (Robert) Bevins of Gastonia, North Carolina; 6 Grandchildren: Jordan Holbrook, Kristian Holbrook, Dylan Wright, Devin Shephard, Dylan Shephard, Shealee Shephard; 2 Great Grandchildren: Kieran Michael Holbrook and Lochlan Tracy Holbrook. Allene was preceded in death by her husband: Eb Wright and a grandson: Michael Alan Wright. Funeral 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Caleb Howard officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Wright Family Cemetery at Neon.
